FIND CARE NOW IN THE WALGREENS APP
Goal: Champion the health of our users by providing easy ways to find the healthcare they need – anytime, anywhere.

Challenges: The first key challenge was content strategy. While launching this product, there was a hunger on the marketing side to name and brand this suite of services. I teamed up with fellow UX copywriter Matt Schreiner to present a case for keeping it simple by avoiding heavy branding to provide a better user experience, and we landed on a simple call to action to house our suite of telemedicine services: Find care now.

Once we started developing and testing flows, we realized that many users were still quite unfamiliar with telemedicine – and realized how critical a good feature onboarding experience would be. We worked through many iterations, some up to 4 screens long. Once we had iterated, I took all of the information we were trying to communicate and simplified our feature onboarding experience into 2 screens: What we can help with, and how it works.

Key Results: We've had nearly 70,000 unique visitors since November 2018, with nearly 25% of those users tapping through to consult with one of our healthcare partners.
